I sent a message through as the delivery, which I paid extra for, did not arrive until 4 days later. This meant we missed the opportunity to give these to our friends and their new born. A little disapointing as we have used you a lot in the past for our 4 children, Many thanks
I would give a higher rating but you have failed to respond to a emails checking how to return and exchange. It states on your website to contact you before returning. I have the parcel ready to go for one return and one exchange to the Basildon address which I hope is correct. Unfortunately I have gone down with flu so the parcel won't get to the post office at the earliest until tomorrow. Could you please extend the 28 day period as you have failed to contact me since my first email at the beginning of Jan. Please respond.
