I would give a higher rating but you have failed to respond to a emails checking how to return and exchange. It states on your website to contact you before returning. I have the parcel ready to go for one return and one exchange to the Basildon address which I hope is correct. Unfortunately I have gone down with flu so the parcel won't get to the post office at the earliest until tomorrow. Could you please extend the 28 day period as you have failed to contact me since my first email at the beginning of Jan. Please respond.

I have attempted making contact through details on the website, email and Instagram and have had no responses. I have sent the bag back (which was nice but too small for what I needed). Despite having returned the item at my expense, receipt has not been acknowledged, I do not know if the refund is being processed and seemingly have no way of making contact to clarify.
