I have attempted making contact through details on the website, email and Instagram and have had no responses. I have sent the bag back (which was nice but too small for what I needed). Despite having returned the item at my expense, receipt has not been acknowledged, I do not know if the refund is being processed and seemingly have no way of making contact to clarify.

Bought these in 9-12 for my little boy. They are lovely material, great quality and design. Would size up next time though as he grew out of them before he was 12 months even though he was still in the size range and fit into other brands for quite a bit longer than these. Nonetheless love them all the same and are ones to keep for his memory box :)

My daughter-in-law recommended your clothes to me and having seen my grandson in so many fabulous designs of yours, I bought 2 outfits for a friend’s granddaughter. Absolutely delighted with them and I know they also wash well and last.
I love the sleep not more GOTS tops. They wear so well, seem so comfy and feel sustainable and wholseme to buy.
I paid for quick delivery and the tracking link didn’t work so I couldn’t see where my order was. I message for help and had no reply. And there’s no phone number. Not good when you can’t contact a company. Probably won’t use this company again.
Amazing prints on both pair of leggings. I do think the leggings are on the small size.. it would be better if they were a-bit more generous on length and around the waist.
